At 10:00 AM on May 20th, Li Weinong, Secretary for Economy and Finance of the Macau Special Administrative Region, Secretary-General of the Administrative Committee of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macau In-Depth Cooperation Zone, and Director of the Executive Committee of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macau In-Depth Cooperation Zone, along with Wang Sidong, Chairman of China Taiping Insurance Group, Li Kedong, Deputy General Manager, and Nie Xinping, Director of the Guangdong Provincial Hengqin Office and Deputy Director of the Executive Committee of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macau In-Depth Cooperation Zone, attended the collective commencement ceremony held by 14 enterprises at the Guangdong-Macau Cooperation Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park.

 

Following the collective commencement ceremony, the heads of the 14 enterprises reported to the leaders of the In-Depth Cooperation Zone and Taiping Group on the basic situation of their companies and their determination to complete construction and commence operations as soon as possible. The meeting was chaired by Wu Song, General Manager of Taiping Capital and Chairman of the Guangdong-Macau Cooperation Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park.

 

At 11:30 AM, the leaders who had just attended the commencement ceremony at the Guangdong-Macau Cooperation Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park were led by Chen Liang, Co-founder and General Manager of Yuxin Beilong, to visit the company located on the third floor of Building RD8 within the industrial park.

 

Professor Ouyang Chenxi, Co-founder and Chief Scientist of Yuxin Beilong, provided a detailed introduction to the visiting leaders about the company's development direction, product lines under research and development, product launch timelines, and market capacity analysis.

 

Professor Ouyang Chenxi introduced each member of the Yuxin Beilong scientist team and their respective industrial research directions and existing products. During the visit, Professor Ouyang Chenxi and the team demonstrated the usage process, basic principles, and technological content of the emergency hemostatic filling device product. They also analyzed and forecasted the dual-use of the product in domestic and international markets for both military and civilian applications.

 

After listening to the introductions from the Yuxin Beilong scientist team and the operations team, the visiting leaders expressed the following views:

 

01. Secretary Li Weimong hopes that the Hengqin Guangdong-Macau In-Depth Cooperation Zone will have more upstream medical device enterprises like Yuxin Beilong that master core technologies and should be vigorously promoted.

02. Deputy Director Nie Xinping stated that the emergency hemostatic filling device launched by Yuxin Beilong not only reflects the organic combination of modern extraction methods of traditional Chinese medicine and polymer materials but can also be used in multiple scenarios for both military and civilian purposes, with an unlimited market potential.

03. Chairman Wang Sidong is optimistic about the product development and market prospects of Yuxin Beilong and hopes that funds under the Taiping Insurance Group can participate in the investment.

The Yuxin Beilong team also presented a five-year development plan for their establishment in Hengqin to the leaders and committed to bringing a batch of hardcore technological products to the Hengqin In-Depth Cooperation Zone, serving as practitioners and participants of new quality productivity, and contributing to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Macau Special Administrative Region.
