Guangdong Hengqin Yuxin Beilong Health Technology Co., Ltd. In December 2024, it obtained China's Class I Medical Device Filing Certification, followed by the EU CE Mark certification in March 2025.  

At the 91st CMEF (Spring) held in Shanghai, Yuxin Beilong showcased its "Longliv" series of emergency hemostatic products with the strong support of its partners—Shenzhen Sponge New Materials Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Derui Medical Device Co., Ltd.—who provided exhibition space and logistical assistance. This enabled the "Longliv" products to be displayed on this authoritative and professional platform. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to them!  

The year 2025 is undoubtedly an era of both risks and opportunities. From the Russia-Ukraine war to the Israel-Palestine conflict, from turmoil in the Middle East and Africa to the recent U.S. retaliatory tariffs and stock market plunge, crises loom everywhere. Yet, none of this has deterred global merchants from gathering in China—the world's safest country and the most comprehensive industrial producer—highlighting China's leadership and dominance in international trade, particularly in the specialized field of medical devices.  

This year's CMEF spans a massive 320,000 square meters, featuring 22 thematic exhibition zones. Alongside cutting-edge technologies and innovative achievements in high-end intelligent manufacturing, the fair brings together the world's top-tier technical products and solutions. According to official statistics, over 5,000 global enterprises have converged in Shanghai, with more than 30 national pavilions and professional buyers from over 150 countries and regions in attendance.  

Yuxin Beilong's "Longliv" series of emergency hemostatic products is one of only two second-level rapid hemostatic solutions in the world. This marks its first appearance at a major international medical device exhibition after obtaining domestic and EU certifications. Since the opening at 9 AM this morning, numerous international buyers and organizations from Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Central Asia have visited the booth for product inquiries and business discussions. We have taken our first modest step, with hopes of soaring and sailing forward in the future. We believe that Yuxin Beilong's "Longliv" emergency hemostatic products can provide a reliable public health solution amid the unprecedented transformations of our times.
